The Minnetonka Volleyball Web Site does not sell or distribute any personal information collected by the web site. Any information collected by the web site is used only for Minnetonka Volleyball business.

EMAILS SENT VIA THE WEB SITE DO NOT DISCLOSE RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESSES!

Minnetonka Volleyball may publish the following information unless a parent or guardian explicitly requests that the information not be displayed.

• Pictures of children will only be displayed without names. This allows team pictures to be posted to the web site.

• Personal information is not permitted in the public area of the web site.
Exception: names may be published with last name and first initial only. Adults’ names may be published on the public areas of the web site when necessary as long as no other personal information is included with the name. Adult names with personal information will only be published in the public area with permission!

• Directory type information may be published to areas of the web site that are restricted to a small group of people. For example, team rosters (including; names, phone numbers, email address, etc.) may be put on the web site, provided access to this information is restricted to members of that team (i.e., password required).
